We're currently looking for a skilled and creative video editor to join our team and help produce high-quality YouTube content.

Our content includes both talking-head educational videos and cinematic documentary-style edits, so we're looking for someone who can bring strong editing instincts, good pacing, and creativity to the table while also being able to match the quality of the references we provide.

You'll be working alongside our senior editor, who will help train you to achieve the exact style we're looking for.
So even if you're newer to Upwork, that is completely fine. What matters most to us is that you are talented, reliable, creative, and hungry to grow.

Ideally, we are looking for someone based in Asia, as this tends to align well with our workflow and production schedule.
However, strong candidates from other regions are still welcome to apply.

Compensation

Monthly Pay:
$500 – $1,000 USD

(Depending on how many videos you edit)

Editing rates:
$5 per minute for regular talking-head videos
$150-$200 per video for documentary-style edits

We also offer performance-based bonuses for exceptional video performance, which means your income can grow beyond $1,000 per month if your work performs strongly.

Work closely with our team and senior editor to refine and match our style

We are open to freelancers, but our preference is someone who wants to work with us more seriously and grow into a full-time role, rather than someone juggling a large number of clients.
We do not mind if you are relatively new to Upwork. If your work is strong and your attitude is right, we are happy to consider you.
