Key responsibilities:

• Edit engaging video content for social media, ads, and brand campaigns
• Assemble raw footage into polished, high-quality edits
• Collaborate with the creative team to bring concepts to life
• Add motion graphics, transitions, captions, and sound design
• Organize project files and maintain version control

Incentive Structure:
After successful completion of 3 months, team members become eligible for performance-based incentives, including:

• A fixed amount for every video edit, depending on the duration and type of project
• A fixed ratio share of the company's quarterly profit Skill(s) required
