As a Video Editor for financial advisor clients, you will be responsible for producing short-form video content primarily for LinkedIn and YouTube. Your main focus will be on personal branding, thought leadership, and professional storytelling. Your tasks will involve reviewing long-form interview recordings, identifying the best clips, editing videos using Descript, Premier Pro, or After Effects, enhancing audio and video quality, adding subtitles and animations, and maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review long-form interview recordings and select the best clips for standalone posts (3060 seconds each).
- Edit videos using editing software to ensure smooth transitions, pacing, and narrative flow.
- Enhance audio and video quality by removing noise, adjusting lighting, and ensuring synchronization.
- Add subtitles, captions, animations, and b-roll to increase engagement.
- Include effects, text overlays, and emojis to match modern, viral-style short content.
- Maintain brand consistency while tailoring each video to fit the advisor's tone and message.
- Collaborate with the internal team for feedback and revisions.

Qualifications Required:
- Strong English comprehension to identify valuable clips from professional conversations.
- Proficiency in Descript, Premiere Pro, or similar video editing tools.
- Experience in editing for LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, or Instagram Reels.
- A good eye for pacing, flow, and storytelling, especially in editing professional talking-head style content.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver consistent output.

Ideal Candidate:
