Key Responsibilities:

- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, high-quality videos for YouTube.
- Enhance video content with music, sound effects, and graphics.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure videos align with the channel’s style and goals.
- Ensure all videos are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Continuously improve video content based on feedback and analytics.
- Manage and organize video assets and archives.

• *Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a video editor.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a creative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in editing documentary-style content.
- Basic knowledge of color correction and audio editing.
- Familiarity with YouTube trends and algorithm-friendly editing techniques.
