Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Video Editor who can create engaging and fast-paced content for YouTube, especially in comedy and prank formats.

The ideal candidate should have strong editing skills, understand audience retention, and be able to deliver high-quality content consistently within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit YouTube videos, Shorts, and compilation content
- Create high-retention edits with strong hooks in the first few seconds
- Use fast cuts, zooms, sound effects, and transitions to enhance engagement
- Remove unnecessary footage and maintain strong pacing
- Work with the team to improve storytelling and viewer engagement
- Follow structured workflow and meet daily editing targets
- Maintain organized project files and timelines

Requirements

- Strong experience in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Experience editing YouTube videos / Shorts
- Positive understanding of comedy timing and audience engagement
- Ability to deliver content quickly without compromising quality
- Basic understanding of YouTube trends and retention strategies
- Good communication and teamwork skills

Work Requirements

- Remote work
- Own laptop/PC is mandatory (high-performance preferred)
- Minimum 100 Mbps internet connection
- Ability to work 8–9 hours per day
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced production environment
