Job Summary:
We’re looking for a creative and tech-savvy Video Editor to join our team at Searchminds Private Limited. You’ll edit and produce engaging long and short videos for our website and social media—turning raw footage into polished, on-brand stories. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience with tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or AI-powered video creation platforms, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for blending creativity with technology to deliver high-quality digital content.

What will you do?

• Edit short- and long-form videos for website and social media accounts
• Take charge of video ideation, creation, and AI-assisted video production
• Leverage AI tools to automate editing, enhance visuals, and speed up workflow
• Assist in creating and editing content across multiple platforms
• Add graphics, animations, and effects using both traditional and AI-based tools
• Optimize videos for different formats and platforms
• Identify ways to improve and enhance footage using AI-based insights or filters
• Implement effective storytelling techniques and music synchronization
• Ensure all video content aligns with brand standards and guidelines
• Evaluate and maintain brand authenticity

What are we looking for?

• 1 to 3 years of experience with video editing tools like Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, or AI-driven platforms (e.g., Runway, Pika, Descript, or Synthesia)
• Understanding of AI video creation trends and tools
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Critical and creative thinking
• Attention to detail and storytelling skills
• Knowledge of basic editing principles
• A passion for experimenting with new tech in video production
