We’re looking for a video colorist with 1-5 years of experience who can take raw footage and transform it into cinematic, emotionally resonant visuals. Key Responsibilities

• Colour grading & enhancement: Bring footage to life by balancing and enhancing hues, contrast, and tones to achieve cinematic quality.
• Creative collaboration: Work closely with editors, cinematographers, and directors to ensure the colour aligns with the story and mood of each project.
• Style & experimentation: Experiment with looks and grading styles, adapting to different projects while maintaining brand consistency.
• Technical excellence: Ensure all graded footage meets technical standards for delivery, including broadcast and digital platforms.
• Workflow contribution: Suggest improvements to colour grading pipelines, LUTs, and post-production processes for efficiency and consistency.
