We are looking for a Social Media Specialist who combines creative thinking with strong execution skills. This role goes beyond simply managing social media accounts. We are looking for someone who can think of engaging campaign ideas,organise workflows efficiently, and create visually appealing content with paid campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone who understands both creative social media content and performance-driven advertising, and can support digital marketing campaigns with strong creative inputs.

About the Role

We are looking for a Video & Social Media Specialist who can manage social media platforms while supporting paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.

This role involves content planning, social media management, campaign coordination, and creative support for advertising campaigns.

You will work closely with the marketing team to plan content, execute campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and ensure all content aligns with the brand’s communication and marketing objectives.

Note: This position is currently remote, but will transition to office-based work in Chennai once the branch is established.

Applicants must currently be residing in Tamil Nadu.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management & Content Planning

  • Create engaging content ideas for social media platforms

  • Plan and manage monthly content calendars

  • Manage day-to-day social media activities including posting, scheduling, and monitoring

  • Track organic social media performance and suggest improvements

  • Paid Advertising Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns

  • Manage targeting, audience segmentation, budgeting, and bidding strategies

  • Monitor key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversions, and ROAS

  • Support campaign optimization through creative and performance insights

  • Creative Coordination & Content Development

  • Create basic video and visual content such as trimming, resizing, and captioning

  • Adapt creatives for different social media and advertising formats

  • Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for advanced creative work

  • Support paid advertising campaigns by providing creative inputs

  • Brand Consistency & Market Awareness

  • Ensure brand tone, messaging, and visual identity remain consistent across platforms

  • Stay updated with social media and digital marketing trends

  • Suggest creative improvements based on audience engagement and campaign performance

  • Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing

  • Mandatory hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns

  • Strong understanding of ad campaign setup, targeting, budgeting, and performance tracking

  • Basic knowledge of video editing tools (advanced editing not required)

  • Strong creative thinking and content ideation skills

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams

  • Salary

    ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

  • Candidates must currently reside in Tamil Nadu

  • Ability to work remotely and later transition to office-based work in Chennai
