Role Overview:
As the VP, Technical Program Manager at Synchrony, you will be responsible for leading complex infrastructure programs and projects, coordinating with multiple technical domains, and ensuring successful execution of initiatives. - Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of experience leading technology projects, with a focus on infrastructure initiatives.
- Strong command of scope management, scheduling, dependency management, governance cadence, and delivery metrics.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches.
- Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure domains including Compute, AD/Identity, and Network fundamentals.
- Ability to translate technical details into business-impact terms and engage effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project delivery tools and reporting tools.
