jhopdi.com is a fast-growing real estate platform focused on simplifying property buying and selling through transparency, trust, and technology. We are expanding our sales and operations team and looking for a dynamic VP-Sales who can drive performance and mentor teams to success.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales/presales executives to achieve daily and monthly targets
Monitor team performance, KPIs, call quality, and conversion ratios
Assist team members with client handling, site visits, and closing deals
Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and operations teams for lead management
Train new hires and conduct regular coaching and feedback sessions
Handle escalated customer queries and ensure excellent client experience
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews
Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Team Lead in real estate
Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills
Ability to drive targets in a fast-paced environment
Good understanding of CRM systems and sales funnels
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable with MS Excel, reporting, and MIS

Preferred Profile
Background in real estate portals, brokerage firms, or property consulting
Experience in team handling of 5–15 members
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Result-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
