Job Title: Vertical Lead – E-commerce Business Development

Location: RS Puram, Coimbatore

Job Type: Full-Time, Work from Office

Freshers Monthly Stipend: Rs. 10000 Onwards (6 months training period)

Monthly Salary: Rs. 20000 to Rs. 50000

About Us:

We are a fast-growing e-commerce business specializing in custom clothing, made to order, print-on-demand clothing products. We are seeking a results-driven Vertical Lead to drive growth, innovation, and strategic development of our e-commerce

Key Responsibilities:

· Spearhead business development efforts to grow sales and market share within the Print-on-Demand vertical.

· Collaborate daily with performance marketing teams to identify top-performing collections and adjust strategy accordingly.

· Coordinate with content creators to produce engaging content that amplifies sales of top collections & improve those collections that do not perform well.

· Partner with customer support and sales teams to design and implement customer re-engagement campaigns via WhatsApp, email and other channels.

· Identify new product opportunities, trends, and concepts, coordinating across design, production, and marketing teams to bring new collections to life.

· Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators to ensure consistent growth in sales.

· Collaborate with our merchandising/ inventory team/production team to build new product lines that shall open up new sales pipeline.

Qualifications: Any Graduate or equivalent or higher.

Industry: Garments / Apparels / Fashion and Costume Design / Textile

Shift: Day Shift 10 am to 8 pm

Experience: 5+ years of experience in e-commerce business development or a similar role preferred. Freshers are welcome but depends on the abilities showcased during our hiring process.

· Proven track record of driving growth and sales in digital or product-based businesses.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, trends, and customer insights.

· Exceptional collaboration and leadership skills, with experience working across marketing, design, and customer support teams.
