Role Description

Seeking an experienced Vertex AI for Commerce Specialist to lead the implementation and optimization of AI-driven commerce experiences.

In this role, you will work closely with merchandising, sales, and engineering teams to implement Vertex AI Search & Recommendations for Commerce, improving product discovery, personalization, and conversion rates across digital commerce platforms.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Noida.
Responsibilities

• Implement and optimize Vertex AI for Commerce (Search, Recommendations, Personalization)
• Work with merchandising teams to configure product catalogs, attributes, and ranking strategies
• Integrate Vertex AI capabilities with eCommerce platforms and backend systems
• Analyze search and recommendation performance to improve conversion and customer engagement
• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to deliver AI-powered commerce solutions
• Provide technical guidance on best practices for AI-driven merchandising and product discovery
• Support enterprise clients in deploying scalable AI commerce architectures
Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in eCommerce platforms, AI-driven commerce, or digital merchandising technologies
• Hands-on experience with Google Vertex AI for Commerce / Retail AI
• Strong understanding of product catalogs, search ranking, personalization, and merchandising strategies
• Experience integrating AI services with modern eCommerce platforms
• Familiarity with Adobe Commerce (Magento) / SAP Commerce is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate technical solutions to business stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or related field
Bonus Skills

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform
• Knowledge of AI search tuning, embeddings, or LLM-driven commerce experiences
• Experience working with enterprise retail or marketplace platforms
