    - Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement, translate insights into actionable plans, and effectively communicate solutions to stakeholders.
    - Build strong relationships with Recruiting stakeholders, align vendor capabilities with business needs, and provide regular progress updates.
    - Conduct comprehensive business reviews to identify gaps, perform root cause analysis, and ensure vendors implement improvement plans.
    - Offer thought leadership, troubleshoot complex issues, and promote a solutions-oriented mindset to maximize vendor performance.
  • *Qualifications Required:**
  • - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
    - Minimum of 10 years of experience in commodity management or supply chain management.
    - 8 years of experience in managing performance in technology alignment, quality, and delivery.
    - Preferred qualifications include 5 years of experience in vendor operations, project leadership, and excellent organizational skills.
    - Ability to prioritize tasks, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effectively within teams.
    - Strong program management skills, excellent communication, and presentation abilities to interact with executive leadership.
