Role Overview:
As a Vendor Management Specialist at our Mumbai location, you will be responsible for managing the service relationship with vendors on a transactional level and providing vendor-related support tasks. Your work will involve strategic sourcing to manage risk and optimize the value of materials/services sourcing. This includes establishing supplier relationship management processes, negotiating contracts, monitoring market dynamics, and collaborating with internal clients to identify sourcing needs and define service levels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end vendor service relationship, including sourcing, contracting, negotiation, and third-party risk management.
- Act as the primary contact for vendor engagement and oversee the vendor-related risk management process.
- Ensure timely completion of all vendor remediation activities and support process improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and enhance supplier performance while optimizing relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams and functions to drive efficiency in processes.

Qualification Required:
- University degree in economics, apprenticeship in banking, or equivalent qualification.
- Several years of banking experience, preferably with Corporate Bank products.
- Proficiency in contract management, service delivery, project management, and vendor performance management.
- Experience in working with third parties and cross-functional teams, with a strong understanding of Non-Financial Risk Management (NFRM), Service Delivery Management (SDM), and Third-Party Management (TPM) functions.
- Analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
