Job Description
  • Design, implement, and manage enterprise web proxy solutions using Skyhigh Security Cloud Proxy as the primary platform.
  • Administer and support Trellix Web Proxy as a secondary solution.
  • Ensure secure web access by enforcing web filtering, URL categorization, malware protection, and data loss prevention policies.
  • Monitor proxy performance, availability, and security events; proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Implement and maintain SSL inspection, authentication mechanisms, and access control policies.
  • Integrate proxy solutions with identity providers (AD, LDAP, SSO) and other security tools.
  • Support cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments with seamless proxy connectivity.
  • Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and service restoration efforts.
  • Support audits, compliance requirements, and security assessments.
  • Maintain operational documentation, configurations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Collaborate with network, security, and infrastructure teams to enhance secure web gateway architecture.

    • Qualifications
  • 5- 10 years of hands-on experience with Skyhigh Cloud Proxy implementations and operations.
  • Strong working experience with Trellix Web Proxy administration and support.
  • In-depth knowledge of Secure Web Gateway (SWG) technologies and proxy architectures.
  • Experience with SSL decryption, certificate management, and authentication methods.
  • Strong understanding of web security threats, malware protection, and policy enforcement.
  • Experience supporting 24x7 operations, including UK/US shifts and weekend rotations.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
