We are a growing e-commerce brand in the bag and accessories category looking to expand our team with exceptional talent.

We’re seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer / Developer to design and optimize high-converting Shopify storefronts. In this role, you will collaborate closely with marketing and development teams to enhance usability, maintain visual consistency, and improve conversion performance across both desktop and mobile experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Design and iterate Shopify storefront experiences, including UX flows, UI components, and landing pages
• Optimize layouts for conversion, speed, and mobile usability
• Create wireframes, mockups, and scalable design systems in Figma
• Collaborate closely with developers to deliver clean, build-ready designs
• Use data, heatmaps, and user behavior insights to guide design decisions
• Support front-end and back-end Shopify development where required

Requirements:

• 4+ years of relevant experience in UX/UI design
• Proven experience designing Shopify storefronts
• Strong UX fundamentals and modern UI design aesthetic
• Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, and developer handoff)
• Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), mobile-first design, and accessibility
• Experience working with DTC / e-commerce brands is a strong plus
• Ability to develop or program for Shopify
• Portfolio or past work examples are required
