Deloitte US India is hiring for the role of UX/UI Designer & Developer!

Requirements:

• Any Graduation/ Engineering Degree (preferably computer science)/MCA or relevant experience
• 2-3 years of hands-on UI/UX design and development in-depth experience with rich template-based designs and web design, usability and development best practices with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, front-end frameworks (Bootstrap), jQuery, CSS pre-processors (SASS, LESS)
• Responsive cross-browser and cross-platform design, mobile experience, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), color theory, graphic design, mockups and prototyping, testing / debugging and building from concept to deployment
• Expert knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD and Figma (Portfolio would definitely be an added advantage)
• Ability to convert static content into engaging interactive experiences
• Sound experience in web content management systems (CMS).
• SharePoint 2010/13 knowledge is an added advantage.
• Solid grasp of user-centric design, rapid prototyping, heuristic evaluation, usability and accessibility concerns
• Ability to take decisions and suggest alternatives with the changing priorities
• Experience working with brand and/or design guidelines
• Experience with Typescript and static type checking methodologies
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions
• Ability to work effectively in a virtual team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete designs
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to take initiative and interact with all levels of management; self-starter
• Good relationship building/relationship management skills to establish rapport, trust and confidence with internal marketing and communication teams
• Detail oriented, with high sense of ownership
• Ability to work in an agile environment, quickly adapting to new processes and managing multiple assignments under tight deadlines
