**Job Title**: UX/UI Design Faculty (Offline)

• *Job Summary**:
• *Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver offline lectures, workshops, and hands-on design sessions in UX/UI Design.
- Mentor and guide students on individual projects.
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and provide constructive feedback to students.
- Foster a creative and collaborative classroom environment.
- Stay up to date with the latest tools, trends, and best practices in UX/UI Design.
- Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum planning, and student review panels.
- Support students in building portfolios and preparing for careers in design.

• *Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI Design.
- Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and connect with students from diverse backgrounds.

• *Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in curriculum development or instructional design.
- Familiarity with design systems, accessibility guidelines, and responsive design.
- Industry certifications in UX/UI or related disciplines.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
