Role Details:
  • Experience: 7+ Years
  • Location: Bangalore (Mahadevapura)
  • Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred

    • Key Responsibilities:
  • Write UI content such as labels, microcopy, and error messages
  • Create user guides, help documentation, release notes, and API docs
  • Document system architecture, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with UX, product, and engineering teams
  • Ensure consistency in tone, style, and content

    • Required Skills:
  • Strong experience in UX Writing and Technical Writing
  • Expertise in API and software documentation
  • Experience with tools like DITA, Confluence, MadCap Flare, Markdown, and Git
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
