The UGC Accounts Lead is responsible for managing client accounts related to User Generated Content (UGC) campaigns , coordinating between creators, internal teams, and clients to ensure successful campaign execution. This role focuses on client relationship management, campaign delivery, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow UGC client accounts , ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding UGC campaigns.
- Coordinate with UGC creators, content teams, and marketing teams to deliver campaigns on time.
- Develop and implement UGC strategies aligned with client marketing goals.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and reports to clients.
- Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines and quality standards .
- Identify opportunities to upsell or expand client accounts .
- Maintain project timelines, budgets, and campaign documentation.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field .
- 3–5 years experience in account management, influencer marketing, or UGC campaigns.
- Robust understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Excellent client communication and relationship management skills .
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously .

Preferred Skills

- Experience with influencer/UGC platforms and creator networks .
- Familiarity with analytics tools and campaign reporting .
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
