We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Online Chat Support Executive to handle inbound and outbound chat conversations with customers from the USA and other international markets. The role focuses on engaging users via live chat platforms, understanding their needs, promoting offers, and converting chats into successful sales while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle live chat conversations with customers from the USA and global markets
• Engage users proactively and convert inquiries into sales / sign-ups / deposits
• Promote ongoing offers, bonuses, and campaigns through chat
• Build trust and maintain a human, friendly conversation tone (not robotic)
• Assist customers with basic queries related to account, promotions, and payments
• Follow chat scripts and compliance guidelines while keeping conversations natural
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales and conversion targets
• Coordinate with support, payments, and marketing teams when required
• Maintain proper chat logs and CRM updates
• Work in US time zones or rotational international shifts

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience in online chat sales, live chat support, or customer engagement
• Ability to persuade, upsell, and close sales via chat
• Excellent written communication skills with a persuasive tone.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
