Job Description:
We are hiring a Back Office Executive to manage operations for 100 USA-based stores during US hours. The role requires strong English communication, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple backend tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage Indeed accounts for multiple stores
Handle Amazon order management
Maintain employee timesheets
Provide payroll support
Perform other back-office administrative tasks
Coordinate professionally with US clients and store teams

Requirements:

Excellent English (verbal & written) – Mandatory
Comfortable working night shifts (US time zones)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Experience in US operations preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
