We are looking for a strong US Recruitment Manager / Delivery Head to take care of delivery organization in Employvision. This is a leadership position for someone who can manage teams, drive performance, Coach and ensure high-quality delivery for Direct Clients & MSP/VMS accounts. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of US IT Recruiters. Responsible for internal hiring and get A players. Drive delivery for Direct Clients, MSP/VMS accounts (IT + non-IT). Ensure team meets hiring targets, SLAs, and client expectations. Strategize sourcing plans and maintain strong candidate pipelines. Work closely with clients, ensure smooth communication, and manage escalations. Hands-on involvement in critical/hard-to-fill roles when needed. Requirements Aptitude, attitude, integrity and the right communication skills are very important for this role of Recruitment Delivery Manager, US Recruitment. Experience with managing offshore recruitment team highly desired 10+ years of US IT Recruitment and US IT Staffing experience and at least 5+ years of experience managing a team of US recruiters Have an eye for resume, process and innovation Good understanding of IT and related areas. Experience working with revenue and placement targets and competent enough to achieve them Are ambitious, motivated, & career-driven Are a great communicator: in-person, on the phone, and in writing Are positive-minded, team-oriented and coach-able for personal improvement
