Job Description – US / Canada Recruiter (IT / Non-IT)

Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Recruiter with hands-on experience in US or Canada staffing. The ideal candidate should understand the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, possess strong sourcing capabilities, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced hiring environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for US / Canada requirements (IT & Non-IT roles)
• Analyze job descriptions to understand client hiring needs
• Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and database mining
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/skill assessments
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates & hiring managers
• Maintain candidate pipeline and update ATS / trackers
• Ensure quick turnaround time and quality submissions
• Build talent pools for recurring skill sets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in US or Canada recruitment
• Exposure to IT / Non-IT hiring (any domain acceptable)
• Strong understanding of Boolean search & sourcing techniques
• Experience with job boards (Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Ability to work in night shifts (US / Canada hours)
• Good organizational and stakeholder management skills

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience working with direct clients / MSP / VMS
• Knowledge of tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099 – for US roles)
• Familiarity with ATS systems.
