Required Skills

Proven experience as an US IT Recruiter or in a similar role.

Comprehensive knowledge of engineering roles, responsibilities, and technical skills across various disciplines (e.g., java,.net,.net full stack, QA Auto,ETL Testers. IT Requirements).

Expertise in sourcing and networking to attract passive candidates.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.

Ability to evaluate candidates technical expertise and assess their fit for specific roles.

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software tools.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple recruitment processes effectively.

High level of professionalism and integrity when dealing with sensitive information.

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to navigate recruitment Challenge
