US Account Interns required for a US based CPA firm at Dahisar, Mumbai

The internship tenure will be 4–6 months.

Working hours: Any five-hour shift starting after 4:00 PM

Intership Exposure:

- Execute daily transaction entries and perform data accuracy checks to support US accounting operations

- Support month-end closure of US accounts and ensure timely finalization of books

- Carry out bank reconciliations, process AP/AR transactions, and maintain the general ledger as per guidelines

- Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review

- Assist in executing sales tax calculations and ensure compliance tasks are completed under senior supervision

- Work closely with CPAs for statutory compliance including monthly, quarterly, and yearly

- Assit in quarterly sales tax workings and filings

- Coordinate effectively with the India & US teams, CPAs, foreign clients, and other external agencies

- Assist in audits and maintain up-to-date documentation as per US accounting standards

Stipend upto Rs 15,000 per month
