Customer Service Executive / Voice - Inbound Process

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls from customers and provide prompt resolutions.
  • Address customer queries, concerns, and requests with empathy and clarity.
  • Maintain call quality standards and follow process guidelines.

  • Shift & Work Details
  • Shift Timings: Between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Any 10-hour shift)
  • 9 working hours + 1-hour break
  • Work Mode: On-site (Airoli)
  • Working Days: 5 days working

  • Education: Any graduate can apply
  • Experience:
  • Freshers allowed
  • Experienced candidates (up to 11 months or 1 year+) preferred
  • Skills Required:
  • Good verbal communication in English
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Customer-handling skills

  • Salary Structure
  • 011 months experience - 20,800k (In-hand)
  • 1 year experience - 24,200k (In-hand)
