We are urgently hiring for the positions of Ground Staff and Operation Management Executive at various airports across India. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of airport services and providing a high level of customer service to passengers.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations at the airport.
• Monitor flight schedules and provide real-time updates to passengers.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations always.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
• Basic knowledge of airport operations and safety protocols.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
