Job Summary ( Work from Home - Night Shift)
Are you a fluent English speaker with a passion for international sales Do you enjoy engaging with global clients and converting leads into long-term business relationships

As a Customer Engagement Executive (International Sales), you will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound sales calls with potential customers across different countries. Currently this will be a Work from Home Night Shift setup.
Make outbound sales calls to potential international clients and introduce them to Café Desires products.

• Handle inbound inquiries from overseas customers and provide detailed product information.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through strategic selling and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and post-sales support.
• Work in different time zones as required to maximize international sales opportunities.

Candidates below 30 years of age (Female Preferred).

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/telecalling in international sales/B2B/B2C process.
• Immediate joiners preferred (or those currently serving a notice period).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (Fluency is a must).
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in handling international clients is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and online communication platforms.
• Ability to adapt to different time zones and work in a dynamic sales environment.
• Positive, self-motivated, and driven to achieve sales targets.
