Job Title: Content, Community & Events Representative/Manager

Role Summary

We’re hiring a Content, Community & Events Representative to own end-to-end content creation, community engagement, and event execution—from writing and designing marketing assets to coordinating webinars, industry events, and partner activations.

This role also plays a key part in building and nurturing industry communities, strengthening brand visibility, and driving engagement with customers, partners, and professionals in the mining, manufacturing, and industrial AI ecosystem.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can move fast, stay organized, manage multiple stakeholders, and actively contribute to community engagement and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Campaign Support
  • Write and adapt marketing content across channels, including:
  • Ad copy (paid social/search/display)
  • Social posts (organic + paid variations)
  • Event promos (landing page copy, emails, speaker blurbs, agendas)
  • Blogs, case studies, infographics, and other sales/marketing collateral
  • Maintain consistent tone, messaging, and brand voice across campaigns and audiences
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather input and convert technical ideas into clear, engaging marketing and thought-leadership content
  • Support brand storytelling initiatives, highlighting product innovations, customer success stories, and industry insights

  • Community Building & Brand Engagement
  • Build and nurture industry communities across LinkedIn, webinars, newsletters, and partner networks
  • Drive engagement with professionals in mining, manufacturing, industrial AI, and process industries
  • Manage and grow LinkedIn presence, professional groups, and audience engagement
  • Support thought-leadership initiatives including expert panels, webinars, and community discussions
  • Engage with industry influencers, customers, partners, and experts to expand brand reach and credibility
  • Help position the company as a trusted voice in industrial AI, mining technology, and smart manufacturing

  • Event Coordination (Online + In-Person)
  • Own end-to-end coordination of webinars, industry events, trade shows, and community meetups
  • Manage event timelines, deliverables, approvals, and stakeholder communication
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on:
  • Event graphics and creative
  • Copywriting and promotional materials
  • Design needs and asset production
  • Registration flows and attendee communications
  • Ensure events are executed smoothly and strengthen brand presence and community engagement

  • Partnerships & Sponsorship Activation
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with industry event organizers, communities, and partner organizations
  • Coordinate sponsorship deliverables and ensure we maximize value beyond paid placements, including:
  • Content syndication
  • Webinars / co-marketing
  • Email blasts
  • Social promotion
  • Community engagement initiatives
  • Identify new partnership opportunities that expand brand reach and lead generation

  • Design & Creative Production
  • Create and edit basic marketing visuals using Canva (required), such as:
  • Social graphics
  • Event banners and promos
  • Simple infographics / one-pagers
  • Ensure visual assets align with brand identity and campaign messaging
  • Work with internal/external designers when more advanced design support is required

  • Event Logistics & Operations
  • Manage logistics for in-person and hybrid events, including:
  • Booth planning and shipment coordination
  • Cross-border shipping requirements
  • Working with customs brokers and handling drayage processes
  • Vendor coordination, shipping schedules, and on-site readiness
  • Track event inventory and ensure materials arrive on time and in good condition

  • Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience creating marketing and community engagement content across multiple formats and channels
  • Strong writing skills with attention to detail, grammar, and clarity
  • Experience managing online communities, social engagement, or audience development
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating webinars, industry events, or professional meetups
  • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, vendors, and deadlines
  • Basic graphic design capability and strong Canva proficiency
  • Strong project management and organizational skills (able to run timelines and deliverables without constant oversight)

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, industrial technology, mining, manufacturing, or energy sectors
  • Comfort communicating with technical audiences (engineers, geologists, manufacturing specialists) and translating complex topics into engaging content
  • Experience supporting brand building, thought leadership, or industry communities

    Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
