We are urgently hiring a Chat Support Executive to join our team in Chennai. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and are eager to start their career in the support industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support through chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while communicating with customers.
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with chat support software.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Eligibility: Any Degree / Graduate

Year of Pass out: 2021 – 2026 can apply

Salary: Take Home ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Work Details:5 Days Working

Saturday & Sunday Fixed Week Off
