Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Upwork Bidder, based in Surat. The Upwork Bidder will be responsible for identifying potential projects on the Upwork platform, preparing tailored and competitive proposals, and maintaining professional communication with clients. Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal teams to shape proposals, setting realistic timelines, and assisting in closing deals to secure projects for Declone Labs.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of freelancing platforms, particularly Upwork, and experience in identifying and bidding on suitable projects.
• Excellent written communication and proposal writing skills for crafting compelling and customized client proposals.
• Interpersonal and negotiation skills to engage clients and close deals effectively.
• Basic technical knowledge of AI, web, and mobile development technologies to evaluate client requirements and propose viable solutions.
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in market research and competitive analysis to strategically position bids.
• Experience in sales or business development is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant fields is preferred.
