Kingsmen Barbershop is a premium unisex grooming studio known for high-quality styling, grooming, and personalized client care. We are expanding our professional team and looking for an experienced Senior Unisex Hairstylist with strong technical skills and excellent client-handling abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional haircuts, styling, and grooming services for both men and women
• Perform advanced services: hair spa, blow-drying, ironing, curling, coloring, highlights, global hair color, etc.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable hairstyles
• Maintain expertise in modern trends, techniques, and premium hair products
• Ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness of tools, equipment, and workstation
• Manage client interactions with professionalism and offer a premium salon experience
• Assist in training junior staff when required
• Handle high-end clientele with confidence and service quality
• Work with the team to maintain smooth coordination and daily operations

Requirements:

• 6–10 years of proven experience as a unisex hairstylist
• Strong expertise in cutting and styling for men & women
• Hands-on experience with chemical services: coloring, straightening, smoothing, keratin, etc.
• Excellent understanding of face shapes, hair textures, and style recommendations
• Good communication skills and client-handling abilities
• Professional appearance and positive work attitude
• Ability to work 6 days a week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
