Role & responsibilities

Overview

We are seeking a versatile and creative UI/UX & Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced digital marketing team. The ideal candidate is a hybrid creative who can pivot seamlessly between designing high-converting user interfaces in Figma and crafting compelling brand visuals in Adobe Creative Suite. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients digital presence is both aesthetically stunning and functionally superior.

Key Responsibilities

• UI/UX Design: Lead the design process for client websites and landing pages, from initial wireframing and user flow mapping to high-fidelity prototyping in Figma.
• Graphic Design: Conceptualize and execute high-quality visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, including social media content, display ads, email templates, and brand identity kits using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strategic Collaboration with teams: Work alongside SEO, Content, and Paid Media teams to ensure designs align with marketing objectives and performance data.
• Design Systems: Maintain and evolve internal and client-side design systems to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 25 years of professional design experience, preferably within an agency environment.
• Software Proficiency: Figma: Expert knowledge of auto-layout, components, and prototyping.
• Adobe Creative Cloud: Mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of responsive design, grid systems, typography, and color theory.
• UX Mindset: Familiarity with user-centered design principles and the ability to conduct basic competitive research.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating both UI/UX projects and graphic design/branding work.
