About the Role

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Developer who can design and build beautiful, intuitive, and highly usable web interfaces. You will bridge the gap between design and engineering by translating user needs and design concepts into clean, responsive, production-ready front-end experiences.

This role combines user experience design with hands-on UI development using contemporary frontend technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Design user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes based on business and user requirements
Create visually appealing and easy-to-use interfaces for web applications
Translate designs into responsive UI using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Implement UI components using React or similar frontend frameworks
Ensure consistent design language, branding, and accessibility across the application
Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design improvements
Collaborate closely with product managers, backend engineers, and stakeholders
Optimize UI for performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility

Required Skills
Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and user-centered design
Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
Solid skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience building interfaces with React.js or a similar framework
Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first development
Ability to convert wireframes and designs into clean, functional UI

Preferred Skills
Experience with Design Systems and component libraries
Familiarity with Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or similar UI frameworks
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
Experience working in Agile or product-driven teams
Basic understanding of usability testing and user research

Experience & Qualification
2–6 years of experience in UI/UX design and frontend development
Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
