About the Role

Credes is seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. This is a fully remote, paid opportunity where you'll work on meaningful client and in-house projects that directly impact user experience and product success.

If you're someone who thrives on creating intuitive, user-centered designs and has a strong command of Figma, we want to hear from you. This role offers the perfect blend of creative freedom, hands-on experience, and mentorship from seasoned design professionals.

You'll be designing digital products, crafting seamless user flows, building interactive prototypes, and contributing to a design system that scales. Your work will shape how users interact with our platforms and help define our visual identity.

What You'll Do

• Design clean, intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma
• Build interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and test usability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and product managers
• Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design solutions
• Contribute to and maintain our design system and component libraries
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results
• Stay current with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices

What We're Looking For

• Strong expertise in UI/UX design with a solid understanding of user-centered design principles
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (design, prototyping, and design systems)
• Background in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
• 1+ years of experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Strong grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to think through complete user journeys and solve complex UX challenges
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own time in a remote setup
• Excellent communication skills and openness to feedback
• Nice to have: Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, or front-end development basics
