Job Summary

We are hiring a Figma UI/UX Designer & Developer with 3–5 years of experience to design modern, user-friendly mobile application interfaces in Figma for Flutter-based Android and iOS apps. The candidate must have hands-on experience designing multiple mobile applications and a robust understanding of mobile-first design principles.

Key Responsibilities
Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI screens in Figma
Create complete mobile app designs (Login, Dashboard, Profile, Forms, Navigation, etc.)
Ensure consistency across Android and iOS platforms
Develop and maintain design systems and reusable components
Apply up-to-date UI trends and UX best practices
Collaborate with Flutter developers for smooth design handoff
Revise designs based on feedback and usability testing

Required Skills
3–5 years of UI/UX design experience
Robust portfolio of Android and iOS mobile app designs
Expertise in Figma (Components, Auto Layout, Prototyping)
Knowledge of mobile-first design principles
Understanding of typography, spacing, color theory, and visual hierarchy
Experience creating design systems
Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred
Experience working with Flutter development teams
Knowledge of Material Design and iOS Human Interface Guidelines
Experience in SaaS, eCommerce, Fintech, or EdTech applications

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
