Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within IT companies, and must possess a strong graphic designing certificate. You will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs for internal and client-facing projects. This is a hybrid role in Pune that requires excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing designs for web, print, and digital media based on project requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including marketing, development, and product teams to produce high‑quality designs.
• Develop design concepts, prototypes, and layouts for presentations, websites, and social media.
• Ensure designs align with branding guidelines and deliverables are of the highest quality.
• Maintain consistency across design elements for both internal and client projects.
• Take feedback from stakeholders and implement revisions to meet project goals.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Provide design insights and recommendations for future projects.

Required Skills & Competencies

• 3+ years of experience in graphic designing within IT companies.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Must possess a Graphic Design Certificate from a recognized institution.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and collaborate with teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles is a plus.
• Understanding of web design and familiarity with design systems.
• Relocation exposure and the ability to work hybrid in Pune.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Graphic Design Certification is a must.
