Role Overview

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer with strong hands-on expertise in Figma to design intuitive, scalable, and user-centric digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The role involves close collaboration with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to convert functional requirements into impactful interface designs.

This position is ideal for designers who combine product thinking, usability principles, rapid prototyping skills, and up-to-date AI-assisted design workflows within IT environments.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct & UX Design

· Translate business requirements and BRDs into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI

· Create rapid prototypes to validate concepts and accelerate product decision-making

· Design seamless user experiences for web applications, enterprise platforms, SaaS products, and mobile apps

· Develop user journey maps, task flows, and information architecture

UI & Visual Design

· Create pixel-perfect UI aligned with brand and product guidelines

· Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable component libraries in Figma

AI-Assisted Design & Innovation

· Leverage AI-powered design tools for faster ideation, wireframing, content generation, and visual exploration

· Experiment with emerging AI-enabled workflows to improve design efficiency and quality

Collaboration & Delivery

· Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams

· Provide structured design handoff documentation to developers

· Support engineering during implementation to ensure design fidelity

Required SkillsTools & Technologies

· Strong expertise in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Prototyping, Design Systems)

· Experience with rapid prototyping and interactive mockups

· Familiarity with AI-powered design and productivity tools

Technical Understanding

· Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend constraints

· Familiarity with Agile/Scrum product development lifecycle

· Experience collaborating with developers on feasibility and implementation

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field

· 2–3 years of UI/UX design experience in IT services, SaaS, or product companies

· Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design projects and prototypes
