What We Want You to Do?

• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design process from research to high-fidelity execution.
• Design intuitive and conversion-focused interfaces for eCommerce web applications.
• Drive CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) through strategic user experience designs.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to improve experience.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems and UI guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with Product / Project Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.
• Ensure UX best practices, CRO principles, and usability standards are followed.
• Review and provide feedback on design outputs from team members.
• Lead and mentor junior designers, ensuring quality and consistency across projects.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate design implementation.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in UI/UX design (mandatory).
• Mandatory experience working on eCommerce web applications.
• Proven team leadership and mentoring experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric and conversion-driven design projects.
• Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability standards.
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and web design best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification

• Minimum 3 years of professional UI/UX design experience required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
