As a UI/UX & Motion Designer (Product) at Alright TV, you will play a crucial role in designing the core app experience. Your responsibilities will include:

- Designing intuitive and visually strong mobile experiences
- Creating high-fidelity UI and interactive prototypes in Figma
- Designing motion, transitions, and micro-animations to enhance storytelling
- Improving user flows to enhance retention and watch time
- Collaborating closely with product, engineering, and content teams
- Iterating quickly based on feedback, testing, and performance insights
- Helping evolve and maintain the app's design system

Qualifications required for this role include:

- 35 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably for consumer apps
- Proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, and prototyping
- Experience with motion tools like After Effects, Principle, ProtoPie, or equivalent workflows
- Understanding of mobile-first design principles and Android/iOS patterns
- Ability to focus on visual storytelling and interaction details
- Experience in designing complete experiences beyond screens

Additionally, it would be beneficial to have experience in the following areas:

- Working on OTT, media, gaming, or content platforms
- Building or contributing to a design system
- Utilizing analytics or A/B testing to enhance user experience
- Designing motion systems, not just one-off animations
