The candidate should have a good eye for design, usability, and accessibility, and be capable of delivering intuitive, scalable, and accessible user interfaces. Key Responsibilities Design and develop responsive UI components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery Build and customize user interfaces using Pega Traditional UI , including: UI-Kit Theme Cosmos Pega Customer Service (CS) Collaborate with business and UX stakeholders to translate requirements into effective UI designs Design user-friendly screens, layouts, and interaction flows with a strong focus on usability Ensure UI solutions follow accessibility standards (WCAG 2.x) and best practices Work closely with backend and Pega developers to ensure seamless UI integration Perform UI reviews, optimizations, and support defect resolution Required Skills & Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery Good working experience with Pega Traditional UI UI-Kit Theme Cosmos Pega Customer Service application Solid UX design experience , including screen design, layout structuring, and interaction patterns Experience using Figma and Adobe XD for UI/UX design and prototyping Good understanding of Accessibility and WCAG standards Semantic HTML Keyboard navigation Screen reader considerations Color contrast and focus states Robust attention to detail and UI consistency Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
