🚀 We’re Hiring: Frontend Engineer (React | Product Company)

We are looking for a Frontend Engineer to design and build scalable, responsive, and high-performance web and mobile applications . This role is ideal for engineers who combine strong frontend fundamentals with a product mindset and care deeply about code quality, performance, and user experience .

🔧 What You’ll Do

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and performant UI applications
- Build up-to-date frontend solutions using JavaScript, React, Redux, HTML, and CSS
- Translate UX/UI designs into high-quality, pixel-perfect implementations
- Collaborate closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow
- Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and code reviews
- Write clean, modular, reusable, and well-documented UI components
- Ensure high standards of performance, security, maintainability, and code quality
- Support build, deployment, and production-related engineering activities
- Continuously explore and adopt modern frontend technologies and best practices

✅ What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering or related field
- Strong fundamentals in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Hands-on experience with React and Redux
- Solid understanding of frontend architecture, state management, and performance optimization
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to write well-abstracted, maintainable, reusable code
- Strong ownership mindset and product-oriented thinking
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

➕ Good to Have

- Experience with Webpack or modern build tools
- Exposure to mobile-first or cross-platform UI development
- Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks and linting
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
- Prior experience building UI platforms at scale
