We are looking for a creative and technically skilled UI Designer & HTML Developer who can both design modern user interfaces and convert them into high-quality responsive HTML pages.The ideal candidate should have solid experience in UI design tools such as Figma or Photoshop, along with hands-on expertise in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and JavaScript. The role requires the ability to design intuitive user interfaces and translate them into clean, responsive, and pixel-perfect front-end code.Candidates should have at least 3 years of professional experience and a strong portfolio demonstrating both UI design and frontend development capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesUI Design

- Design modern, user-friendly interfaces using Figma or Photoshop.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and UI layouts for websites and web applications.
- Ensure visually appealing and intuitive user experiences across devices.
- Maintain consistent design systems, typography, and color schemes.

Frontend Development

- Convert UI designs and mockups into pixel-perfect responsive HTML pages.
- Develop clean and structured code using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and JavaScript.
- Implement responsive layouts ensuring compatibility across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Maintain cross-browser compatibility and UI consistency.

Performance & Optimization

- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and scalability.
- Ensure best practices for responsive design and frontend performance.

Collaboration

- Work closely with backend developers, project managers, and other team members to deliver high-quality products.
- Participate in design and development discussions to improve UI/UX quality.

Code Quality

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Follow best practices and maintain proper version control.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in UI design and frontend development.
- Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and JavaScript.
- Strong experience with UI design tools such as Figma or Photoshop.
- Ability to convert UI designs into responsive HTML pages.
- Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Experience with Git version control systems.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Tailwind CSS.
- Basic knowledge of React JS or Next JS.
- Knowledge of W3C and ADA compliance
- Familiarity with CSS preprocessors such as LESS or SASS.
- Experience with REST APIs and asynchronous requests.
- Familiarity with modern frontend build tools such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM.
- Basic understanding of SEO-friendly HTML structure.
