We are looking for a UI Designer & Developer with extensive experience in designing and building high-quality user interfaces for modern web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate is a hands-on expert who can independently drive complex UI initiatives, from concept and design to implementation while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires someone who delivers high-impact work through technical excellence, design leadership, and deep frontend expertise, without direct people management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

UI Design Excellence

• Design high-quality, visually compelling, and intuitive interfaces
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Apply advanced visual design principles, typography, and layout systems
• Ensure design consistency across products and platforms
• Contribute to and evolve design systems and UI component libraries

Frontend Development

• Translate design concepts into scalable, production-ready frontend code
• Build responsive interfaces using modern frontend technologies
• Implement reusable component-based UI architecture
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive performance
• Optimize UI for speed, accessibility, and usability

Ownership & Technical Leadership

• Take end-to-end ownership of UI features and experiences
• Provide technical guidance and best practices for UI implementation
• Lead complex UI initiatives across multiple products
• Conduct code reviews and design reviews
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and engineers

Quality & Innovation

• Maintain high standards for pixel-perfect design implementation
• Advocate for modern UI patterns, design systems, and accessibility standards
• Continuously improve UI performance and user experience
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging frontend technologies

Required Skills

UI Design

• Expert knowledge of UI design principles and visual design
• Advanced experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
• Experience designing complex web applications and digital platforms

Frontend Engineering

• Expert-level skills in HTML5, CSS3 / SCSS, JavaScript / TypeScript
• Experience with frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue
• Strong knowledge of responsive design and component architecture

Preferred Skills

• Experience building scalable design systems
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows
• Experience with UI performance optimization
• Knowledge of animations and micro-interactions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of professional experience
