Lascade is looking for a UGC Content Manager to build and scale a network of creators who produce high-performing content for social media and paid advertising.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard content creators and micro-influencers
• Manage relationships and collaborations with creators
• Generate high-quality UGC videos for ads and social media
• Repurpose creator content into multiple ad variations
• Track performance metrics such as installs, engagement, and ROI
• Collaborate with the performance marketing team to scale winning creatives

Requirements

• 2–4 years experience in influencer or content marketing
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube content trends
• Experience managing creators or influencer campaigns
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Performance-driven mindset
