KRA1
Customer support

• Timely attain customer complaint if arises
• Ensure timely redressal of complaint.
• inform R&D on regular basis regarding product performance.

KRA2
Retail activity

• Arrange for proper visibility of POP material at retail counter
• Conduct training program for retailers and its staff
• Regular interacting with stockiest and retailers for product promotion and smooth secondary sales.

KRA3
Applicator development

• To develop 10 applicator per month for correct application of product
• Regular conduct training program for applicator.
• maintain relationship with large applicator for exclusive use of our product
• Maintain city wise records of all potential applicator

KRA4
Technical meeting with Architect & Builders

• Meeting with minimum 15 potential Architects every month
• Meeting with minimum 15 potential Builders every month
• To keep city-wise complete records of Architects & builders with their future projects in hand
• . Regular presentation to architect and builders for imparting knowledge.

KRA5
Lead and order generations

• Achieving Monthly Target
• Co-coordinating with local officer to promote product in trade segment
• Presentation to architect, builders for lead generations
• Arrange for sampling at site and ensure conversion
• Generate orders as per company specified norms for payment and dispatch.
• Coordinate with logistic and depot in charges for availability of stock and timely dispatches to customer.
• Timely Payment collection as per P.O. terms.
• Timely Collection of C-form, if any.
• To maintain all records independently such as quotations submitted to customers, P.O. copy, payment records, invoices/challans and all correspondence with customers and plant.
