Position: Travel Sales Consultant

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Travel Sales Consultant with 1–2 years of experience in the travel industry to join our team in Indore. The role involves handling travel inquiries, converting leads into bookings, and assisting customers in planning their trips.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound travel inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and social media.


• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel packages.


• Convert leads into confirmed bookings.


• Prepare quotations, itineraries, and travel plans.


• Coordinate with hotels, transport vendors, and internal teams.


• Maintain client relationships and ensure excellent customer experience.


• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements


• 1–2 years of experience in travel sales or travel consultancy.


• Good communication and convincing skills.


• Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.


• Ability to create travel itineraries and quotations.


• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools preferred.
