Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree or past experience in Tourism & Hospitality (Mandatory).
  • Passion for the homestay and vacation rental industry within tourism.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi and local languages.
  • A natural ability to serve customers in a hospitable and professional manner, ensuring memorable guest experiences.
  • Ability to engage with clients, build trust, and educate effectively.
  • Adaptability to think on your feet and work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities (Post Training):
  • Manage Reservations: Handle booking requests, cancellations, modifications, and special guest requests across multiple OTAs.
  • Reservations & Lead Handling: Respond to inquiries from travelers and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
  • OTA Management: Ensure property listings are optimized with accurate descriptions, pricing, and availability across all platforms.
  • Guest Communication: Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Digital Marketing: Social media marketing, content creation, expertise in Canva and other tools
  • Pricing & Promotions: Monitor competitor pricing and adjust rates to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Use Excel and other tools to track sales performance, reservation trends, and revenue generation.
  • Coordination with Property Owners: Communicate with property hosts regarding guest bookings, check-ins, and special requests.
