As a Training Consultant at our company, your role will involve driving corporate training sales and expanding our client base by utilizing your strong B2B sales expertise, relationship management skills, and consultative selling approach. You will be responsible for delivering customized learning solutions including IT & Non-IT training programs, e-learning solutions, and organizational development interventions.
  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • - **New Client Acquisition:** Identify and approach potential corporate clients, decision-makers, and HR/L&D teams to introduce our training solutions.
    - **Lead Generation & Prospecting:** Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and other B2B databases to generate leads and create a qualified pipeline.
    - **Consultative Selling:** Understand client needs, pain points, and business objectives to design and propose relevant training solutions.
    - **Relationship Management:** Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted partner for their learning and development initiatives.
    - **Sales Target Achievement:** Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through strategic prospecting and effective deal closures.
    - **Proposal & Negotiation:** Prepare and present customized proposals, handle objections confidently, and negotiate terms to finalize contracts.
    - **Collaboration & Coordination:** Work closely with internal teams (Training, Content, Operations) to ensure smooth delivery of client solutions.
    - **Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts using CRM tools.
  • *Qualifications & Experience:**
  • - Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    - 35 years of experience in corporate/B2B sales, preferably in training, education, HR solutions, or similar industries.
    - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    - Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
